Hillary's Blackmail is Not Working!!!

From Huffington Post:

A DNC spokeswoman is confirming that the party is returning money, totaling $45K, to three donors. Details will indeed be reported in that April 20 filing. All three are FL donors upset with the ongoing debate about how and if the state's votes and delegates will be counted.

I am so glad that Dean decided to return the money, rather than capitulate to these extortionists....

And to think that these contributors call themselves "Democrats"?!?

  be decided by the voters. It should be decided at the convention.

  The voters should have the chance to vote, it's not fair that Michigan and Florida have been disenfranchised.

    The rules were simple.

    MI and FL wanted to be more "relevant" so they attempted to move their primaries up, and caused a huge ripple effect.

    They were duly punished.

    Dems in these states should be ANGRY at their local leadership, not angry at Dean for enforcing the rules.

    It's like blaming a judge for the sentence when you commit the crime.

    Don't want to do the time, don't do the crime!

•  I'm very happy to read this, to be sure, but....

  Can we be absolutely sure that those getting their money back (and ostensibly extorting the DNC) are Hillary supporters?  Sure, Hillary supporters would have the most to gain by seating (and counting) MI and FL, but can we so simply jump to the conclusion that they are certainly behind this?  I am a strong Obama supporter, but at the same time, I want to play fair and give the benefit of the doubt to a clean process.  After all, we have enough against HRC without having to reach, right?  Her campaign is imploding on its own and I don't want to kick her while she'd down and I especially don't want to alienate her supporters whom we'll absolutely have to count on in the General.
