Didn't see this Diaried anywhere yet, but it appears that Obama has taken the lead over Hillary in Supers according to AP.

Obama added superdelegates from Utah and Ohio, as well as two from the Virgin Islands who had previously backed Clinton. The additions enabled Obama to surpass Clinton's total for the first time in the campaign.

Congressman Mitchell is the 275th superdelegate to endorse Obama.  Obama is 156 delegates away from securing the Democratic nomination.

    Nearly 800 superdelegates will attend the convention. Obama has endorsements from 275, according to the latest tally by The Associated Press. Clinton has 271.5.

    Many of the superdelegates who endorsed Obama in the past week said it is time for the party to unite behind him. Obama is coming off a big win in North Carolina's Democratic primary Tuesday. Clinton narrowly won the primary Indiana's primary the same day, but Obama did better than many expected.

    Since then, Obama has added 20 superdelegates since and Clinton has had a net increase of one.

    Kevin Rodriquez of the Virgin Islands said in a statement that he switched from Clinton to Obama because he thinks Obama has brought energy and excitement to the party.

    "He has shown he can connect with Democrats, Republicans and independents across this country, whether we live on the mainland or an island," Rodriquez said.

    Ohio labor leader Dave Regan, who was selected as a superdelegate Saturday, told the AP that Obama is "the candidate that can unite the country and move beyond the divineness and gridlock that we have today."

    Regan recognized that Clinton won the Ohio primary March 4.

    "But that was two months ago. I think as the campaign has unfolded, Obama is looking like a stronger and stronger candidate," Regan said. "I think it's very likely he will be the nominee."

      Barack Obama WILL be the Democratic nominee for president.  That is not "very likely", it's as much a certainty as there will be a traffic jam in Los Angeles on Monday.

  I was really worried about the VI situation, since the population on the islands went massively for Obama, but the party apparatus was in the tank for Clinton.  I thought this was a sign that there could be an invisible coup from within the DNC.  Seeing these two endorse Obama makes me feel much, much better!

      Ohio: the AP article is unclear if he got one or both and does not name anyone, which would not meet the standard for Dem Con Watch.

      Virgin Islands: Dem Con Watch had 1 previously recorded as Clinton, and one previously as unknown.

      Lets give it a few hours and see how it pans out but so far today.

      Oh add on unknown,
      did both go to BHO? is the second undecided,
      Ma add on unknown,
      if 2nd was not mentioned in Clinton press release presumably at least unknown or may be BHO

      By that BHO is in the lead by anything between 0.5 if the 2 remaining add ons are Clintons or 4.5 if they are BHO.

  They are both switching from Clinton to Obama, per the AP story - so that's a great two-fer.

  DemConWatch still as VI superD Kevin Rodriquez (who is mentioned in the AP story) in the Clinton column.  The only other VI superD for Hillary is Donna Christensen.  I wonder if she's the second VI.  Anybody know?

    They are Kevin Rodriguez, who had publicly endorsed Clinton, and Carol Burke, who had been privately considered for Clinton before today.

    I think the Virgin Islanders (as all the other delegates coming from territories) count as .5 delegates. So 2 from the VI are really just one in the delegate count.

  version of the SDs, but I like the Wiki SD table layout  better. As I was glancing at it there are still some pretty big names not endorsing in places where you'd think they would have already (Fiengold, Kohl in WI for example)

  They can't give the names up front?  Obviously, the Ohio one is Dave Regan, but the words "I endorse Obama" are never uttered.

  Nor do they mention the other add-on in Ohio (who it is or, at least, when it's coming down).  Utah we knew about last night.  What about the second Mass add-on, what the situation, AP??
