    I've pointed this out before in other fora, but the media just lets her keep getting away with this one. It also defies credibility as an apples to oranges comparison given that we're down to the last couple percentage points of delegates to be selected in early June, so comparing a victory in mid-June in 1992 is just, well, weird. The comparable point in the election process in 2008 has long since passed.

  I remembered that my vote (as per normal) in PA didn't count when I voted Clinton...and I thought I remembered my daughter putting in her protest Jerry Brown vote that year.  

  The only year I remember that the primary might have made a difference was a Carter vote.

  Often candidates who know they will loose don't drop out, but they usually quit stabbing the likely nominee in the back long before this point. Even Huckabee and Ron Paul, while still quietly running aren't out trumpeting McCain's weakness on talk shows.

  I have no problem with Hillary Clinton sticking it out to the end, maybe wrapping it up with a historical speech at the convention about how far women and minorities have come.

  But comments like today's are why people are calling for her not to do that. She keeps damaging the parties brand and reputation, and reducing Obama's chances for victory. At some point the Supers have to bite the bullet and bring this thing to a close. It appears she has no intention of going gracefully.

  ... all the primaries were run later.  We only have three in June - small ones at that (Puerto Rico, South Dakota and Montana - that's it!!!).  As Senator Clinton has reminded us that the California primary was in June in 1968.  June 5 to be exact.
