Update: With 16 districts counted:

Clinton 1,246

It's held steady with 53.3% for Obama for the last couple of updates. Two of the largest districts have yet to report.

Remember that Guam has 8 half-votes for a total of four votes. Demconwatch reports that currently Obama and Clinton have each picked up one full delegate, with two more to be allocated.

Lujan and Paulino maintain their lead in the race for party chair and vice-chair, which would make them two of Guam's five super delegates, adding an Obama vote and an uncommitted.

    Even if the biggest areas have yet to report, there's no reason to believe that Obama's support would be greater in those areas. Guam is so tiny, support levels will be pretty consistent between precincts.

            and apparently there is a Starbucks (or at least a hotel cafe serving Starbucks coffee) on Guam. You can watch the quest of a likely Obama voter (just guessing) to find a latte here.  

            **~SPOILER ALERT~** He eventually finds the cafe, but (gasp!) they don't have soy milk and so our (vegan? lactose intolerant?) hero is forced to leave disappointed.

            ... villages to report, Obama had a higher margin.  So we know it's not universally the same.  

            On a small island like that, with village life, I'm willing to bet that there are rival clans.  And that there'd be some local differences according to where those clans are concentrated and who they've endorsed.  Of course, I'm just guessing on that.

        •  We probably do know now, absolutely

          6% margin, with 95% reporting (according to CNN). 1951 to 1748.  Which might make it a mathematical impossibility for Clinton to get it.  Even if she got 100% of the remaining votes, which of course she won't.

          Plus Lujan/Paulino have won in the party leadership/superdelegate positions.  They ran as one for Obama plus one uncommitted.  But the uncommitted one said they'd vote for the candidate who won the Guam vote.  Since that is gonna be Obama, he gets both these superdelegates, too.  The ticket that ran as Hillary supporters came in third.  Though one can assume that the voters probably took other things into account than just the presidential endorsements.

          The outstanding results could vary by enough to effect the delegate margin.  After all, Obama had a bigger margin in those first villages to report.  So it's not the same everywhere.

            PR does have 55 delegates to Guam's 4.  If Clinton wins it by a lot, as is widely expected, she could stand to gain 10 or so delegates (the same number she gained in PA).  Won't be nearly enough to catch Obama though, and he's likely to offset any gain she gets in PR two days later when South Dakota and Montana vote.

    Since the 2000 election.  Better in many ways since in this case everyone gets to vote and every vote is being counted.

    Some of us wanted Obama to crush it early but this is better with every state getting to a truly meaningful primary vote. Voters are engaged much earlier in the presidential race with record voter registrations are record turnout for Democrats which bodes well for the general election.
