Exit Poll Liveblog (Updated 12x) - LAST Exit poll round: Obama wins BOTH!

I will be posting all of the polls along with the sources here as I get them.

CNN:

Indiana:

65% Economy #1 issue
19% Iraq
13% Health Care

Among those who say that the recession has affected them:
53% C, 46% O

Those who say it has not affected them
54% O, 46% C

Reverend wright an issue:
49% Yes,
49% no

North Carolina:

Reverend Wright an issue:
50% yes
50% no

Update

Only about one in five in each state said Iraq was the top issue, and even fewer picked health care from a list of three issues.

Four in 10 Indiana Democratic voters said the current recession or economic slowdown has affected their family a great deal. Nearly as many said that in North Carolina.

ndiana's Democratic primary was open to all voters. About one in five said they were independents and one in 10 identified themselves as Republican. North Carolina's Democratic primary was open only to voters registered Democratic or unaffiliated; nearly one in five voters in that contest called themselves independents.

The exit poll estimated blacks made up about a third of voters in the North Carolina Democratic primary, about one in seven in Indiana. More than half of voters in both states were women, which is typical for Democratic primaries. About one in seven voters in Indiana and slightly fewer in North Carolina were under age 30; about a quarter in North Carolina and somewhat fewer in Indiana were over age 65.

The AA turnout is about the only good news for Obama out of all of this so far.

Actually... here isomething that might be good: Less than half of te voters said that the recession affected their family a great deal. We may be able to use some math here by using what CNN said..

If this is true, the Obama WINS indiana!

Update 2:

Who do you vote for if its Obama vs. McCain/
Indiana Clinton voters:
48% Obama, 33% McCain, 17% no vote.

North Carolina Clinton Voters:
45% Obama, 38% McCain, 12% no vote

Something else to be said... CNN states that families who said the recession is affecting them voted clinton 54%. They state that families who said the recession is NOT affecting them voted Obama 54%. Another leaked report says that 4/10 people said the recession is affecting them greatly. So more people, 6/10 say the recession is not greatly affecting them. Obama could, therefore, be winning the majority of people in Indiana.

Also, Something to be said about african american turnout in NC

33% is a good number, because early voting had 40% turnout.

59% would vote for HC if she's the nominee

North carolina Obama voters:
70% would support HC if she's the nomine

Update 4

Good news for obama:

The early exit polls that are now being broadcast on Fox News say that the results are mixed as we await the complete Indiana Primary Results.  The network says that the rural vote in Indiana is lower than the Clinton campaign would like.

They make up 14% of the voters here.

NC:
Obama 91%, Clinton 6
They make up 33%  (not including earlies)

Guys! Remember the SUSA poll that said Obama would get 75% of the AA vote in the states?

We may win both states here, people.

Update 11

These are all new and good for Obama:

Most voters in both states made up their minds about who to support before the last week. Seventy six percent of voters in Indiana said they made up their minds before the past week as well as 81 percent of North Carolina voters.

In Indiana, 50 percent of the voters said Hillary Clinton would be more likely to improve the economy as president. In North Carolina, 52 percent said Barack Obama would be.

And about half of voters in each state said the ability to bring change is the quality they are most looking for in a candidate, followed by just less than a quarter who cited experience.

More voters in both states said they believed Clinton attacked her opponent unfairly. Sixty three percent in Indiana and 67 percent in North Carolina said so while 43 percent and 40 percent respectively said they felt Obama had attacked Clinton unfairly.

This is the last round of exit polls. Obama wins both Indiana and North Carolina according to this one:

   Clinton: 49.5%
