Following up
kos' post on the Diplomats and Military Commanders for Change group, Sully tells us that Bill Buckley, of all people, is dropping the
N-word (Nuremberg) with regard to Abu Ghraib.
It's clear at this point that the White House's Strategic Kool-Aid Reserve (SKR) has dropped to historic lows. Having had to call on the SKR so heavily during the post-9/11 months, Bush doesn't seem to have much left in the tank for the election campaign.
Given Illinois' status as a solidly Democratic state (Kool-Aid was created in Chicago, and Kraft's home offices are in Illinois), Bush will likely have to look overseas to OKEP (Organization of Kool-Aid Exporting Puppet-States) for help in replenishing the reserve. How this affects his foreign policy decisions remains to be seen.
