Jan. 30 (Bloomberg) -- The Munich Security Conference next week may be the stage for the first significant U.S. statement on foreign, defense and nuclear policy as leaders meet with Vice President Joe Biden, the organizer said.
Biden, who will represent the U.S. at the Feb. 6-8 conference in the Bavarian capital, will join other leaders, including German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Nicholas Sarkozy and Iranian Parliamentary Speaker Ali Larijani, conference organizer Wolfgang Ischinger said today.

Senator John McCain, Obama’s opponent in the presidential election, will also attend.

Aside from speeches and panel discussions, leaders may take the opportunity to have direct talks, Ischinger said.

International Atomic Energy Agency Director-General Mohamed ElBaradei, who has called for direct talks between the U.S. and Iran, will discuss nuclear threats. Merkel, Sarkozy and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk will address European security.

Unless the World Wide Armada present in the Gulf of Aden gets trough the Suez Canal and parked on the coast of Israel to impose such a moratory of an attack on Iran by Israel, the only other option is that the U.S. say loud and clear that Israel must not initiated another attack and this time on Iran.
Give True Diplomacy a chance, Mr Mitchell is well qualify.
