Not surprisingly, in response to a recent inquiry from The Beacon, the Secret Service made it clear they do not discuss any internal investigations.
Regarding Yahoo!, there's no indication that they've taken any action in response to multiple terms of service complaints filed last month. As of today, the half-dozen "Whistleblower" editions which include assassination "jokes" (links here) remain online. Years of archived issues of "The Whistleblower" which include hardcore racist and anti-gay slurs appear undisturbed. Interested parties may wish to contact Yahoo!'s Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Michael J. Callahan. His e-mail address and phone are listed here.
