Warren Buffet, a strong supporter of President Obama's election, stated today that the public needs to hear
directly from the President and not his Treasury Secretary about what is going on with the economy.
This is a perfect opportunity for President Obama to do a nationally televised live presentation breaking down exactly what has happened in the last 30 years to bring us to this point. And what his administration is doing and why. Like Reagan and Perot before him, he should use simple charts and graphics to make his point. He could even have a short chat with his friend Warren Buffet who would be more than happy to chime in.
He needs to do some basic Economics 101 and educate the public to help lead us through these tough times.
Those who want to defend the President need to know what they are defending.
Use the President and his enormous communication skills and help sell these policies to the public. Use this
as an opportunity to explain why the right-wing playbook failed for the past 8 years and won't work now.
What do you think? Good idea or not?
