Election day is 3/31/09, less than a week away.
Huck PAC is proud to have endorsed Republican Jim Tedisco in this election.
Jim is an outspoken conservative who has a record of standing up and fighting for the interests and values of the voters. Jim has led the fight in the New York Assembly for tax relief, a real property tax cap, a stronger economy, more jobs and a better quality of life.
Today, I ask that you do two things in support of Jim:
- Make 5 calls to voters in the 20th Congressional District urging them to support Jim Tedisco next Tuesday. For every 5 calls you make, your name will be entered in our drawing to win a free trip to New York to watch a taping of my show on FOX.
- Make a direct contribution of $10 or more in support of Jim and his campaign.

With all of these big GOP PAC's lining up to throw their weight behind Millionaire Republican Assembly Minority Leader Jim "I'm Not A Millionaire" Tedisco, shouldn't Jim be up in the most recent polls, and not down by as much as 4%?
But all is not well within the Party of NO!
Someone please explain to me exactly how you cannot make up your mind on where you stand on what is the most important issue of the election, particularly something as glaringly awful as the porkulus bill? I know what’s going on here. He was trying to buy time as long as he could to see where the political winds were going to blow on this issue and then state his position, which tells me, if I’m correct, that he lacks a set of core principles and beliefs. Isn’t that exactly what the GOP is supposed to be reforming? What a crock.

I think the life raft keeping the GOP afloat these days needs a lot more than just hot air form guys like James Tedisco.
Let's help sink their ship.
I guess all of the blowhard GOP gas bags and their PAC money can't hide the fact that Jim is not going to fight for change, his job is going to be to maintain the status quo. Jim Tedisco is certain to be a patsy for Rush and Boehner. Jim Tedisco is certain to oppose everything President Obama does for the next 4 years. Do we need anymore obstructionists with tired and failed ideas in Washington. I don't think so.
There is good news though. You can help. You can make a difference.

Who wants to help hit the GOP Leaderships tin armor with a sledge hammer?
"I’m focusing on things like the race in the 20th District in New York,’’ Steele told "Today" host Matt Lauer, who asked him whether he like conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh hoped that President Obama’s attempts to revive the economy would fail.
The question put Steele, who earlier this week apologized to Limbaugh for calling him an "entertainer,’’ in a tough spot. If he said he agreed, he would be pilloried for rooting against the economic prospects of the country. But if he disagreed, he would risk picking another fight with the popular radio personality, who has millions of daily listeners. So he did neither.

Why be for something when you can be against everything? And why pick a side when you can just waffle on the fence. IF this is the GOP leaderships plan, what do you think Jim Tedisco is going to accomplish in the next 2 years in Washington?
Let's open up a lane or two for President Obama and the Progressive agenda.
Right now Phone Banking is the most important and effective tool we have as Democrats. A real human voice is something that GOP robo calls can not compete with, so get on those phones and help out President Obama by supporting Scott Murphy for Congress in this years NY-20 Special Election.
