'The worst thing to ever happen to a man is to encounter an idiot.' A Slavic saying.
'The deadliest of sins is pride, makes you feel like you're always right.'

Time is a very precious thing. Just like love and money, there's never enough of it. Especially the most precious time of them all, a lifetime. Every second is way too important for it could very well be the last. Therefore, time is a terrible thing to waste. Therefore, I don't like my time wasted. Especially by nuts from a wing that dares to call itself right.
As if there wasn't enough mindless entertainment coming from Hollywood already, a segment of the population of this country has decided to throw in their own 2 cents as an attempt to save the world. The result? Nation, meet the American idiots! After 8 years of exploiting a horrible event as an excuse for shredding the defining document of the republic, breaking international laws and conventions, bending personal rights and liberties, invading sovereign nations and democratizing theocracies with bombs and bullets, governing in fear and demonizing the opponents, taking the national debt thru the roof, after 8 years of deflecting any health care reform, leaving every child behind, squeezing every penny out of 99% so the top 1% could collect, playing dumb but being even dumber, the George Bush clones found a nerve to unapologetically leave the caves again to lecture what the true democracy is. In a very unsurprising, a-teabag-meets-a-douche-bag kind of way, they chose a symbolic day, put together banners with words they don't understand and while preaching tea, expressed an outrage over the policies of the last 8 years implemented and practiced by their recently dismissed cult hero. Nation, the circus came to towns, and so did the lead clowns. Too much paper has already been wasted to unveil the brain-deadness of it all, and re-planting those trees won't ease the damage. Too much airtime polluted with extensive analyses but no fan can clear the stench. Too much effort to stoop to their level invested for better understanding but there's only so much one can do to pretend being stupid. I understand the premise of the 1st amendment and everyone's right to freely express themselves. But some things make me seriously sick: how dare a fascist be warning against fascism, a terrorist against terrorism, a totalitarian against totality, a constitutional rapist against lawlessness, a nation builder against tyranny, a sex offender against an abortion, an unemployment/medicare benefits receiver against socialism, a tax evader against illegal labor, an adulterer against free love, an active junkie against substance abuse? How stupid does one really have to be to voluntarily expose their own super soft brains? And how stupider does one have to be to join in for political gains? Are they really that dumb? Are they really that proud? Do they really think the rest of us are? It's painfully apparent the children have been left behind long time ago. Somewhere in time, ignorance became just too convenient for thinking might be found a way too complicated process, requiring education and causing a headache. After all, it is much easier to preempt a debate with a punch in the face. Well, seems to me, the time has come to land idiocy a hook. Again. Just as we did last November. Forceful, crushing, convincing and lasting one. Because even though the right to be heard does not automatically include the right to be taken seriously, there's too much @ stake to let the breed of 'Proud to be the Dumbamericans' win a battle that could start a war. For all those memories of the years of privileged loyalty, treading on democracy and disrespecting civil rights and freedoms are still too fresh to let them make a comeback. For that matter, as I disagree with what they have to say, I shall not defend, to the death, their right to say it! Instead, I shall make them feel the pain of an argument...
