It’s Monday, so it’s time for another session of Labor Diary Rescue. We have eight diaries rescued tonight, catch them below the fold.
As you know, the LDR is done every Monday and Thursday night, barring a bad internet connection or Acts of God. If you want your diary to be rescued, you must have a pro-union diary with the word "union" in the title, have less than 100 comments, and not spent any time on the rec list or been rescued on the front page. Enjoy the diaries.
First up, SethD writes about pro-union vets in Veterans Push for Employee Free Choice.
LaFeminista warns us about the consequences of what we buy in Child Labour: please watch what you buy.
May Day had some good pro-union diaries, the first being from Strange New World in A Big Tent, Big March (Seattle Edition).
Second up is Chris Mahin’s work in May Day was born in the fight for immigrants’ rights: A history.
And last but not least in the May Day diaries is Tohi’s Happy May Day!
Catchlightning updates us on his desire for a union for the unemployed in A Call to Organize: CREATEJobsNow!

Treat the comments as an open thread.
