Being right correct is fun. Unfortunately, I've noticed on KOS that fun seems to get buried by wanting to break first, prove the most, and make the best points. My question to you is "where did the fun go?" Of course, what we discuss around here is important, but I feel there comes a time to kick back and enjoy the company of the like minded without contest... which is entirely why I have devised a generic, albeit - well..., fun - contest.
The rules are simple: we play for bragging rights & laughs.
Each Friday I will be posting an image related to current topics. Your job is to post a caption for said image in the comments (preferably in the subject) of the given thread. There are two winners each week: the one with the most recs for their caption and a "this was adier's favorite" award. The winners for each week will be posted on the following Friday along with the next image, starting a new thread/contest. Not so hard to follow, huh?
Please keep this civil, please only vote for a maximum of two captions (so..., waiting might be an okay idea) per week but vote and submit as much as you wish. There is no real feasible way for me to keep up with this alone (mind you, every rec you make is logged), but I trust your ethics. THERE IS NO REC/VOTING FOR YOUR OWN CAPTION! Also, if you like this, please REC the diary so more people will notice and play.

Last Week's Winners:
Thanks to everyone who played last week, here are the winners:
I've chosen Rich in PA's comment:
People vote Democrat, farm animals vote GOP
And the community seemed to like this one from Ran Talbott:
Rural Broadband Initiative
Counties with highest estimated need shown in red.
Congrats, you two. Spend you winnings wisely. Wait...

And now, for this week, have a shot at this one! Really, try it.
