It's expected that the long awaited decision by the Minnesota Supremes will occur tomorrow. As they appear to support the opinion of the "three-judge panel" the decision may be a forgone conclusion.
So too, think Coleman's legal team as they are now turning the attention to voter hi jinx in Iran and are already discussing how they can help Mahmoud Ahmadinejad retain his seat.

The cracker-jack legal team of Joe Frieberg, James Langdon, and Tony Trimble are already contemplating a quick victory.
To ensure that Iranian election emulates the 2000 U.S. presidential election and NOT the Minnesota debacle, Joe and his intrepid team will be recruiting James Baker and Theodore Olson to convince the Iranian Supreme Court/Guardian Council that voice of the people has been heard and that a selective recount is no better than a non-recount.
Not to leave a stone uncast...Frieberg and company have reconstituted the "Brooks Brothers Rioters" aka "Delay Dozen" and persuaded them to leave their luxurious K Street lobbying haunts for a "paid holiday" in Teheran. Although not quite Miami Beach--these impetuous, brave freedom fighters will decamp at the offices of Ayatollah Khamenai and any annoying would-be democrat who suspects vote counting malarkey
John Cornyn and Jim DeMint are solidly behind this effort despite any pernicious rumors that they may be supporting muslims. DeMint even offered the services one of his assistants-Chuck Royal (Royal Chuck?)who himself was a former member of the Brooks Brother's Riot Squad of 2000.
When asked whether their brand of "Compassionate Conservatism" could work in Iran. DeMint and Cornyn responded in unison--we are determined supporters of the status quo.
