So many people with good intentions. So many people working but not getting
anywhere. So many people not going to work, or getting proper medical
attention,
So many people losing their homes, losing their hope. Losing period.
Then there is a minority of people doing just fine. Maybe doing pretty
damn good. And they want to keep it that way.
Why do you think the media/government worries about unemployment. It is not because
they care about the poor shlubs that don't have jobs, or health insurance, or even a
home.
The Top Dogs want us all busy, busy, busy. From morning till nignt. Or night till
morning. That way you are too beat down and too fucking tired to complain about
anything. You just want some rest. You don't have the energy to complain or
raise hell.
Well. look at what is happening. Town Halls with lots of unemployed folks,
many really really angry. Because they had time to listen to the vomit spewing
from their Big Brother machines (the TV). Shit the world is gonna end. How
come they didn't notice that earlier. Oh, it must of been the job that is
now gone. Or the kids, carting them to all those ball/dance/karate/music
lessons or what ever.
Just stay busy so your stupid ass doesn't notice the 29% interest on that
credit card you use. Or the bank fees for a bounced check that you deposited
but was returned. I still don't understand why I am punished by the bank
for someone writing a bad check to ME.
The ones at the top want to stay there. Why do you think King of the Mountain was
such a popular game in the playground when we were kids. Just a glimpse
of what our futures held.
It is still a jungle out there, " Eat or be Eaten." and yeah the little people
are being eaten up everyday. The difference today, communications with
many others in the same boat. At least we got that for now. Misery loves
Company.
And on another boat, sorry I mean Ship are the rich, the very rich. The
well connected. So separated from the masses of humanity, that they have
no clue, nor wish to know the travesty they have made of our lives.
So a jobless recovery spells trouble for the big players. How are they
going to keep the restless peasants happy or at least beat down enough
to keep them from rising up in a giant wave of rage and indignation and
felling the very system the top 5% protect so tightly.
I really wonder where it is all going. The complete brainwashing of Americans
cannot work unless we are all kept too busy to do a damn thing about anything.
It starts with school, go everyday, shut-up sit down and follow orders.
Are we really much different from a Caste Society? It seems we are getting
closer and closer to a world of poor and rich and no in between. I don't have the
answers, just more questions.
Mostly. why are humans such greedy creatures? And with all the wealth this
world offers, why does poverty still exist on such a grand scale?
Sitting and thinking can be a dangerous proposition. But only to the
status quo. Your thoughts.
