Isn't Medicare just a huge subsidy for insurance companies who to be fair, should be required to cover everyone and not just the young and healthy?
Do you know of a completely private insurance company that would only cover those 65 and older and the permanently disabled?
With such a business model as Medicare, isn't it doomed to failure?
Would allowing younger people to buy into Medicare help preserve it?
Wouldn't money going into Medicare instead of Insurance companies' toilets make it a more solvent enterprise?
