According to CNN, righties are making better use of Twitter than us lefties.
With major policy issues being debated and the midterm elections right around the corner, liberal bloggers acknowledge the GOP has the upper hand when it comes to using 140 character messages known as "tweets" to influence the discussion.

My personal experience has proven the above paragraph true. I'm not only constantly spammed by XXX-rated chicks and offers to whiten my teeth, but also by hard-right-wingers. I've responded to these right-wing spammers by writing: "Reagan was a peacenik hippie. He made peace with the Russians!" Or I write: "Reagan criticized Medicare in the 60s, but didn't get rid of it when he had the chance during his 8 years as Pres!"
Two hard-righties have written back, stating that they think that my icon, a picture of my cat Chrissy, is "cute." (I write them back politely, thanking them for not being Twit-bots).
Seriously, within the article, some of our beloved netroots compatriots have made excuses as to why we epically fail at Twitter. For instance, progressive bloggers state that we aren't as good at Twitter because the liberal message cannot be boiled down to 140 characters. Please.
We cannot cede this valuable cyber-territory to the hard right. Some great progressives already have made good use of the Twitter. There is no better word to describe the Iranian freedom activists except 'progressive'.
For what it's worth, you can Tweet me under 'Fabucat' (of course).
