This piece from Fixed News earlier today is pretty amazing and shocking.

Dr. Marc Siegel appears on Fixed News and talks about the Obama health care reform and how doctors are affected.
Against both good empirical evidence, and what we know about how people respond to economic incentives (you would think that someone on Fox would at least understand this!), Siegel claims that doctors are not prescribing unnecessary tests and procedures because they gain financially from this. Instead, he talked about how he and other doctors are treating lots of people without jobs for free.
All you out there without health insurance or jobs, now you know where to go and what to do if you want good health care! And all of you with expensive health insurance, you should get Dr. Siegel and others to agree in writing to treat you for free for humanitarian reasons should you find yourself without insurance.
Now back to the bad news. Siegel goes on to oppose the Obama health care reform plan because it will mean that doctors will be seeing more patients, and that this will require that doctors order more expensive tests and will face an increase their insurance premiums.
Since Siegel seems to think that these people are already getting health care for free, it is hard to see where all these new patients are going to come from. Alas, this last part has been removed from the online version of the interview. Wonder why?
Keith, if you are listening, here is my nomination for worst person tonight.
