On October 24th we will march through the streets of Raleigh, demanding that our leaders take action to stop global warming
President Obama needs to go to Copenhagen this December for the international climate summit and negotiate a treaty based on science that is fair, ambitious, and binding.
Governor Perdue needs to be a leader and cancel the Cliffside powerplant being constructed by Duke Energy in Western North Carolina. Our march will end at a rally at the Governor’s mansion, please come out we need to show the people behind this movement. www.stopcliffside.org
This is our time, march with us and show the world that North Carolinians want a safe and healthy future.
