In what appears to be a coordinated attack, the white house tells it as it is that Fox News is not a news Organization.
David Axelrod, senior adviser to President Obama, said on ABC's This Week today that Fox News is "not really a news station."
"It's really not news," Axelrod said. "It's pushing a point of view."
This follows on the heels of White House Communications Director Anita Dunn's comments last week that Fox News is "a wing of the Republican party."
Also appearing in CNN, Ralm Emanuel said:
And the White House's conflict with Fox News? "It's not so much a conflict," Emanuel said. Fox News is simply "not a news organization, so much as it has a perspective."
But Emanuel tried to downplay the issue. "The concentration of the White House isn't about what Fox is doing."
Even fox news knows that they are not about the news but about making money just like Limbaugh.
For example:FoxNews Whore, ABC's George Stephanopoulos
played an audio clip for Axelrod of Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch saying that White House criticism of Fox News personalities "has tremendously increased their ratings." Axelrod responded by saying that "Mr. Murdoch has a talent for making money, and I understand that their programming is geared toward making money."
I think this attack is a winner in all fronts; they can get all the ratings in the world but they will forever be discredited as they should be in the mind of any serious people who follows the Cable news.
