I've been recording the real time result and notice this strange oddity. I'm not saying there was foul play, but its a weird anamoly. McDonnell gained about 2 million votes from the inclusion of 2.2 new votes. All from 147 precincts.
The error has since been corrected, but it just goes to show that human error is still present within the election process.
