We have an unconventional Thanksgiving meal tradition in our household. We don't eat turkey, so about 8 years ago we asked the kids (then in early teens) what they wanted for Thanksgiving dinner. Their surprising response: "shrimp tacos". So that's been our mainstay ever since then.
So here is our menu for the day:
Shrimp tacos
Vegetarian chili. This is greatly enhanced by the inclusion of sweet potatoes.
