Sarah says Todd's at home "fixing the roof."  In snow showers with temps in the 20's.

Right.

Check out this article from Bellingham, WA -- here are the first few paragraphs:

PASCO — Sarah Palin is excited to be in the Tri-Cities.

Moments after arriving by private jet Wednesday evening from Orlando, Fla., she told reporters, "It's kind of surreal. But it's really good to be back in the Tri-Cities to reconnect with the roots."

The former Alaska governor's last visit with family here was about a year ago, she said during an impromptu news conference as she held her son Trig and her daughter Piper stood next to her.

"I like the summer here," she said.

Her husband Todd, she added, stayed at home "fixing the roof."

"I need to call him," said Palin, who plans to be in the Tri-Cities through Sunday.

Got that??  Todd's home "fixing the roof."

Checking The Weather Channel we find that the HIGH temp in Wasilla, Alaska, for the past few days has been in the mid-20's -- LOW temps in the high teens -- snow showers day and night with accumulations at 1 - 2 inches per day.

And Todd Palin is out "fixing the roof."

Either Todd is dumber than anyone ever suspected, or, Sarah's lying again.

Meanwhile, she's traded in Franklin Graham's old 1984 Beech King Air 300 for a Gulfstream II.   Here's a blog entry with details of her latest capers, including flight data on the G-II.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
