Greetings pootie and woozle lovers and friends of all other creatures out there! This is a diary to relax and distract yourself from the serious issues of the day. Welcome! I know you’re giddy with anticipation but...
Today, I have the pleasure of presenting an abridged history of one of my favorite kittehs – the fabulous tuxedo.
The tuxedo cat is the perfect combination of the smart, upstanding Ceiling Cat
and that mischievous bad boy, Basement Cat.
To put it simply, the tuxedo is like these two in one perfect body.
Now, the excellence and the devastating beauty of the tuxedo can make other kittehs understandably jealous and they may lash out and get unnecessarily rough with the tux.
They just don’t appreciate the tuxedo’s awesomeness. He can’t help it that he’s so magnificent. With his fancy clothes and his impeccable manners, you can proudly take the charming tuxedo anywhere.
Of course, to be honest, he didn’t start out so perfect. He arrived like this:
He had humble beginnings like a lot of us. He had to work his way up from some of the most menial, undignified employment.
Unfortunately, he has also sometimes gotten involved with the wrong crowd.
And, sure – he can be a little intolerant at times.
But at his core, he is a wonderful soul: a great dancer, a loyal friend and a bit of a jokester.
One thing is for sure, he does not just blend in with the crowd. (Well, not all of the time.) He is truly special.
The moral of this story is that, deep down inside, we all have a little tuxedo in us. And, even though it may seem that way, things are not always so black and white.
