For select the third democrat from New Hampshire i think we have two favourites so clear. They are the two US House Representatives, P Hodes and C Shea-Porter. And surely the first favourite is P Hodes, running for senate, while C Shea-Porter have too very much supporters.
And just they are involved in the most competitive contests for next year in New Hampshire, the senate race, and booth congressional races. For the senate open seat left by J Gregg, the republicans make a hard selection between all their best, and in democratic side one of frontrunners, P Hodes decide run too.
His House seat will be open for the 2010 elections, and seems former congressman, republican C Bass, is checking for return, but this is a D+3 district, and i hope see the bests in democratic side, for finally C Bass must decide run not. A Kuster is running in democratic side, S Larsen, the first democratic President of the New Hampshire Senate in very much years, can run too.
For the other house seat republicans find too an important mid level republican. He is F Guinta, former mayor of Manchester, the city with more population in NH, more than 100000 inhabitants. I think C Shea-Porter can defeat him after defeat two times a congressman. I compare F Guinta with a state senator, not more.
I remember and update from previous diaries the structure of this serie.
