From Spewing Hate to Preaching Love: A KKK Story
Johnny Lee Clary was a despicable, hateful, evil man by all accounts. He hated black people and anyone "different" from him. This wretched hatemonger beat up innocent people, burned crosses, and even set a black Preacher’s church on fire. All in the name of White Supremacy. There is a special place in hell for the Johnny Lee Clary’s of the world. Or, maybe not.
After serving 16 years as a leader in the Ku Klux Klan movement, Johnny Lee decided to leave his life of "destruction" and embrace the call of God on his life–preaching love to the very people that he once hated. Clary is now an ordained Pastor in the largest African-American Christian organization, Church of God in Christ. If God can remove the hate and bigotry and of a Ku Klux Klan member, then there’s yet hope for the Rush Limbaugh’s, Glenn Becks, and Sean Hannitys of the world.
