A "friends sent me this list" is it appropriate for me and them yes, we are all veterans with PTSD and other co-morbid mental conditions, so these fit us to a T.
Even mental people can have fun with their "issues" hell why not I have a lifetime subscription to mine. I didn't ask for it, but after more than 3 decades of denying it, I finally have come to terms with it, sometimes I win but most of the time the "demons" of PTSD extract their venegance.
