Well, it's over I guess. After trying to work my ass off for about four months to get my club started off, Clark drops out of the race.
The weird thing is that he dropped out on the same day (TODAY) that my club was OFFICIALLY APPROVED.
What can I say about Clark...
I don't know, too many words to describe on this. This guy got me into politics and now I have a sudden passion for politics. I prayed that Clark was going to get in the race through the draft movement and I was full of light and happiness when he did. I bugged the hell out of everyone of my friends and then saw my passion.
It's because of Clark that I'm now changing my life path to politics. I have a passion now for it and I thank Clark for that.
I'm really happy that Clark stood against the war. I still believe he's the best person. A man who has the grassroots org. and message like Dean, the southern appeal and humble origins of Edwards, to the national security/foreign policy like Kerry.
It's because of him that I sacrificed not trying out for the swim team at my school, not getting a job when I needed it, and so much more. Am I mad...no...
I knew he was special when I first heard him. Who would have known that Clark was someone that I agreed on so many issues. This was a candidate that I felt you can vote with you head and your heart.
I'm ABB right now. I'm not supporting anyone and I'm planning on changing my club name to "Ohlone Students Against Bush." I'm still mad at Kerry and Edwards for voting for the war, but I don't think Dean will be the nominee. Deaniacs, don't be mad at me for saying this, but I just don't believe that with the way Kerry is going...he can make it. Even people who are for Edwards probably won't be able to face against Kerry. Please don't call me a troll for this.
Clark's a great man and I hope he comes to CA again, I would love to see him.
SO yah, I guess I won't be posting as much on dKos for now.
GO DEMOCRATS, LIBERALS, AND ANTI-BUSH FOLKS (and anyone else that i forgot)!!!!
GOODBYE WES!
