Aside from the political advantages, it is the right thing to do. We must, with the loudest voice proclaim that we support immigration reform and a path to citizenship. We cannot have a permanent silent underclass that lives in constant fear. The Hispanic and Asian Community supports this by large margins. You want to increase turnout in 2010, start talking about it. Let the Rethugians and Tea Baggers talk about illegal immigration and jobs and bring it on!
