Has anyone seen and posted about this? God, if there was ever a need for evidence that military families are cracking under the strain, this is it.
A soldier in Washington State was picked up for wandering the streets threatening to break windows. His 4 year old daughter was found locked in a bathroom of the family home, after apparently having her head held under water by her father after being unable to recite the alphabet. Why am I reading about this on the BBC website? Did anyone see anything about it in a US outlet?
