I'm Zach Rodvold, Tarryl Clark's campaign manager in her race for Congress against Michele Bachmann. And I wanted to be sure you saw our campaign's latest video on Congresswoman Bachmann's travels across the country. It raises the question - who is Michele Bachmann working for? It sure doesn't seem like Minnesota.
Last weekend, Congresswoman Michele Bachmann told an audience at the Constitutional Coalition Conference in Missouri that Americans should be weaned off Social Security and Medicare.
Tarryl called her on it (read all about it here). And Congresswoman Bachmann didn’t like it.
She accused us of “political grandstanding.” Seems to us, her whole focus is grandstanding all across the country – at the expense of her own constituents.
Last week, she was in Missouri.
Today, she’s in North Dakota -- and certainly not worried about Minnesota. See for yourself by clicking on our video.
Looks an awful lot like grandstanding to us – and her constituents are paying the price.
After we called her out on her threat to end Social Security and Medicare by “weaning everybody off”, she claimed she is “focused on working with” her colleagues.
Really, Congresswoman Bachmann? Then why were you in California on a political tour when your colleagues were meeting with President Obama to talk about solutions?
Sounds a lot like political grandstanding to us.
We think it’s time our representative in Washington started focusing on the challenges facing Minnesota families. While Michele Bachmann trots her personal agenda and quest for celebrity across the country, Tarryl Clark is focused on the issues Bachmann has neglected: keeping families in their homes, creating jobs, and reviving our economy.
Today, Michele Bachmann takes the stage in North Dakota. But you can help bring an end to her agenda by forwarding this video to a friend and asking them to be part of Tarryl Clark's campaign, too.
P.S.: Congresswoman Bachmann's nationwide political tour will make a brief touchdown in Minnesota in just a few weeks, when Sarah Palin comes to campaign for her. But, with your help, her arrival in Minnesota is going to deliver the bucks to OUR campaign! Join our "moneybomb" today.
