At least that’s what these people think.
I came across this facebook page when one of my son’s friends actually joined the group. A girl, no less. Was she trying to be edgy? Did she just not read past the cute little LOLcat post? I left her a comment saying "Seriously? Cuz that’s some weird stuff." She lives next door. Good home. Great parents. I’m interested to see how they respond.

For those of you who can’t or don’t want to view the site, it’s titled "Why do girls go to college? You don’t need a degree to make a sandwich." Ha ha. "Back in the kitchen, wenches!" Just funnee little sophomoric sexists flexing the meat between their ears, right?
If only. Here’s an example of the things that they are laughing at:
Edit:
I posted the picture, and then I took it out. Twice. The girl in that picture doesn't deserve to have her face plastered over any more territory. Bad enough that it's there. I'm not bringing it here.
The picture shows a girl that's been hit in the face. The caption says "SAMMICHES - Next time don't forget the mustard."
I wasn’t going to post that for several reasons, but I want anyone here who thinks I might be overreacting to understand. And that’s not the worst picture. There is an upload in the "fan photos" section that says "My Girlfriend Has a Learning Disorder" this is posted beneath a picture of a girl with a bloody face, her mouth duct-taped shut and a gun to her head. I posted a comment about this in WYFP last night and triciawyse said that, as far as she’s concerned, it’s a hate site. I concur.
The page also violates Facebook's terms of use. Section 3, #7: You will not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
I want to see that page gone. So do others. I know that one person has reported the site to the FBI. We don't have to wait for them, however. You can go and report the group. Down the left hand side of the page you’ll find the "Report Page" button. "Inappropriate content" doesn’t even begin to cover it, but it’s the only real option that applies. If you can stomach it, you can also report individual pictures.
I've never before in my 6+ years here asked for recs for a personal, non-series diary, but if you value the girls and women in your life, you might hit the button over there on the right.
Thanks.
