I went looking for a link I saw earlier today, and couldn't find it right away - but I found a number of other health/nutrition etc links.
Kids turning up their noses at Jamie Oliver's healthy lunches
The students at Central City Elementary School in Huntington, West Virginia, prefer the school lunches they're used to over Oliver's healthy offerings. Bad news? Maybe - but Oliver faced a similar initial reaction from students when he reworked school lunches at home in England. Some parents picked up fish and chips or fast food and passed the bad lunches over fences to their children. More recently, however, students have come to enjoy the healthy fare, so maybe there's hope for West Virginia yet.

but only if it's a good-sized tax.
