First off, it isn't like this has never happened before. In the 90's during the Clinton administration there was the same sort of rumbling. At one point an All-Hands missive came out from DC that spelled out in no uncertain terms that our elected President was the leader of the country's Armed Forces, and that dissent would not be tolerated.
Once again, it looks like the 90's are back. Talking Points Memo has an article up about the "Armed Forces Tea Party Patriots" http://tpmmuckraker.talkingpointsmem...
I would expect the Command apparatus responsible for the "founder" of this page will take a dim view of his activities. For one thing, talk of insubordination never goes over well in an organization that requires and enforces a rigid command structure. Dissent of this sort also affects unit morale.
Negative publicity also affects recruitment efforts. When you have an all volunteer service, you don't need that kind of noise.
Finally, there's that pesky Uniform Code of Military Justice to worry about. The Army Times has a good article about Speech and Partisan Political Participation.

Finally, there's the precedent set by several misguided souls who decided that they didn't need to follow the Commander in Chief's orders. http://www.military.com/...
Here's a couple of quotes from the E-5 who created the facebook page;

Looks like the Marine Corps is already blocking some of the Hatriot sites...
Somebody's about to be introduced to the USMC's Non-Judicial Proceedings system.
