Yes, its like a morgue but its the only thing I could find given the circumstances.
Iceland after fiscal attack fails
Launches volcanic ash attack
British air space closed for the very first time.
Those pesky Icelanders.
I'm sure someone must have said something as I checked in at Nantes airport yesterday [to fly to Britain], surely they must have known that I wouldn't be able to get back home?
Hundreds of thousands of passengers across Europe were grounded today as dozens of airports closed or faced severe disruption from ash caused by a volcanic eruption in Iceland.
All non-emergency flights in the UK were banned at noon, and the restrictions will last until at least 7am tomorrow. Flights to and from Ireland, Norway, northern Sweden and northern Finland were also hit while flight bans were planned for this afternoon in Denmark, the Netherlands and Belgium.

OK, OK, so they are not trying to kill me, and its for my own safety, but a bloody Holiday Inn!?!
It's no wonder its the only hotel with rooms, talk about grim, and its no fairy tale I can tell you.
Its time Iceland threw some bankers into the caldera is all I can say, because some Viking god or other appears to be miffed, and quite frankly for once I am on whatever god it is side.
Holiday Inn, whoever came up with a name like that for a concrete tomb, I'll be buried in one, but I'll be damned before I check in to another one. Soulless doesn't even come close its like Disneyland Paris, on a wet day, and the waiters are all on strike.
Someone at Air France is going to pay for this I can tell you, if I cant get home tomorrow they better find a hotel and not a mausoleum for my stay.
Update:
Right, getting out of here for some dinner.
Hopefully I have an early flight out tomorrow.
