OK, I know we're both single, and there's only a 3-4 year age difference, but I don't think a shotgun marriage this close to the hearings is going to make a difference.
Besides, it's not like she'd be the first Supreme Court justice who's single. Lots of people sacrifice a relationship for their career.
I myself eschewed marriage for 2 masters degrees. The fact that I have a complete lack of people skills or a discernable range of emotions had nothing to do with it. It was a sacrifice.
Although, now that I think of it, I am unemployed. And paying rent is starting to get really tiresome.
Anyone know if Kagan has a house?
