With the nomination of Elena Kagan for the Supreme court, there seems to be some controversy about her sexuality.
Here is what I don't get. As an employer, it is against Federal law for me to ask a potential employee about their sexual orientation.
So someone please explain to me why the conservative jerks who want to turn our country into a version of Arizona in the name of "PRESERVING THE RULE OF LAW" against illegal aliens, don't give a damn about preserving the rule of law in selecting a Supreme Court nominee?
They can't have it both ways even though it is obvious that's exactly what they would like to do.
No wonder there is little respect for the law these days. I guess conservatives are just exempt from the laws they don't like or agree with.
