Someone else who knows how to do it can do the pretty color coded Philadelphia map of its 66 wards, showing Sestak vs. Specter results.
Sestak carried Wards 2, 5, 9, 26, 41, 45, 55, 57, 64, 65 and 66.
Sestak came close (46% or more but under 50.00%) in Wards 1, 8, 15, 18, 21, 25, 30, 31, 39, 58 and 63. He got nearly 46% (45.81%) in Ward 27.
Sestak did best in Wards 45 (56.54%), 55 (56.77%) and 64 (56.71%).
In the Sestak "close" wards, he came closest (but no cigar) in Wards 8 (49.92%), 21 (49.90%) and 30 (49.06%).
Someone could do a correlation between the Specter primary vote and the Obama 2008 general election vote.
Broadly generalizing, it appears that Specter did best in the wards with the greatest percentage of African-American voters and Sestak did best in the wards with the greatest percentage of white voters. The 8th and 5th wards are traditionally considered the most liberal wards ("Center City liberals"), with heavy concentrations of Yuppies and gays, and I think the 8th may have a larger concentration of white Jewish voters (as between the two wards). Sestak carried the 5th (50.87%) and barely lost the 8th (49.92%). The "river wards" and the far northeast areas used to be considered the "white ethnic" wards.
