Fox News at it again.
The latest lie Fox News as been trying to push all day if anybody has dared watch their channel is that somehow, the rumor out there is that the real job that was offered to Sestak is that of Navy secatary not the official line from Sestak and the administration of an unpaid advisory roll to the president.
All the empty suits and skirts on Fox have been acting all day that there's something to that rumor, that it's worth while to investigate that aspect of whether Sestak was really offered Navy sec.
Well Fox as never let facts interfer with their daily lies, or their attempts to carry rumor as facts that their low information viewers eat up like ice cream. You see folks, a full month before Arlen Specter even switched parties President Obama had already nominated Ray Mabus as Navy sec, and Mr. Mabus had been confirmed Navy sec another full month before Sestak annouced his candidacy. So how would it make sense for president Obama to offer Sestak a job that wasn't even avialable?
But the fact that Fox News continues to pretend that the real job Sestak might just have been offered was Navy Sec just shows how this outlandish and dangerous network would try to gin up controversy on a non issue is breathtaking.
And is there any doubt why Fox news as focused it's attention on this story, they're trying to change topics from the disaster in the Gulf. Because they know that disaster is changing American opinions on off shore drilling, and no off shore drilling is bad bussiness for their republican alies who have been touting "drill baby drill".
