Yesterday was a great day, BUT at the same time, I felt like $hit...All the hacking. Yes, hacking. I know it's a good thing to do the hacking because that means that the cilia (hair-like projections) that are in my throat and lung linings have awaken and no longer paralyzed. So they are hacking every "color of the rainbow", but I don't think Skittles would want this.
This morning, I feel much better and still hacking, but not as much. My cravings has been reduced to about 15 trigger cravings from 37..not bad.
I see the biggest cravings is going to be in the morning, after eating, and when I'm at my computer. I have tried the "straw/pen" tactic. It doesn't work. Actually it made me crave a cigarette even more.
So I will continue to eat fruit, skittles, and altoid chewing gum. To support my new habit.
Well got to run, it's time for my "quick workout routine". It emcompasses me:
- Stretch for 2 minutes (full body)
- Hang upside down for 5 min (yes, I have that machine on TV)
- Walk for 18 minutes at fast pace to speed heart rate to 140-160 bpm.
- Stretch for 2 minutes (full body)
- Wall Pushups until my arms hurt at 65 degree angle (usually thats 50)
EASY WORKOUT. HAVE FUN if you want to use.
