Whoops looks like another point of total incompetence, or more likely a want that it was true so their wars and hate rhetoric could continue, by the cheney and his puppet's administration!! All the better for them if Americans were killed, and they were!!

Destroying the National security more, reaping the war blood wealth for themselves and their tight knit group of extreme hawks!

FBI Was Warned Years in Advance of Mumbai Attacker’s Terror Ties

Oct. 15, 2010 - Three years before Pakistani terrorists struck Mumbai in 2008, federal agents in New York City investigated a tip that an American businessman was training in Pakistan with the group that later executed the attack.

The previously undisclosed allegations against David Coleman Headley, who became a key figure in the plot that killed 166 people, came from his wife after a domestic dispute that resulted in his arrest in 2005.

In three interviews with federal agents, Headley’s wife said that he was an active militant in the terrorist group Lashkar-i-Taiba, had trained extensively in its Pakistani camps, and had shopped for night vision goggles and other equipment, according to officials and sources close to the case. The wife, whom ProPublica is not identifying to protect her safety, also told agents that Headley had bragged of working as a paid U.S. informant while he trained with the terrorists in Pakistan, according to a person close to the case. {read rest

Always wondered, already knew about the cabal in and out of government, how many republican? congressional critters knew exactly what was going on, especially in the leadership, after all they didn't raise an eye lid as they rubber stamped what that administration wanted. They never even said much of anything as billions just plain disappeared let alone the billions upon billions on the credit card that's still rolling.

They've really did a great job in constantly changing the subject meme's so nobody talks about the Wars nor cares.

For Midterm Voters, War Is Off the Radar

And so, once again, are the Veterans of as well as the Families of the Soldiers, Especially in this phony and highly hyped TEA party crowd, heard any Demand 'Sacrifice', me neither and they certainly didn't when the cabal started these wars of choice, they rubber stamped like their (R) representatives, while laughing about their 'purple heart bandages'!!

And what they lead with the media follows, even hyping this phony tea movement into something it ain't, just look at the funding!!

Heard a 'teabagger' Demand the Country Finally 'Sacrifice' for these soldiers and the Veterans, me neither!!!

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

night, wore my Viet Nam vet ball cap. A TBGOPer, right about my age, came up and gave me the "thank you for your service" crap. He went on to explain that he himself did not serve, but now he's a "Patriot Guard" rider.

... the Bushies ignored the FBI, who had the goods on Headley, before the attack occurred, to demonstrate that he should probably be charged under various terrorism statutes.

And were it not for the Bush way of doing business ("OK, you've covered your ass"), the DOJ might have brought charges and thrown a monkeywrench into the attack.

Shit, just when we thought there couldn't be anything worse to come out of the eight-year national nightmare.

This belongs on the Rec list, preferably replacing the current anti-Obama rant.

of our rights, after the imprisonment and torture of many innocents, after the countless deaths in two wars, it all comes back to one person reporting a terrorist.  Well, they couldn't have that, could they?  Kind of hard to justify all the abuses of power and people when the best intelligence we've gotten about real terrorists is from someone who just, you know, reports them.  This is sad and sick on so many levels...
