It's no real secret that Rush Limbaugh does not really believes half the crap he spews out. The people who listen to Rush Limbaugh uses his show in the same way a drunk man uses a lamp post: For support not illumination.
People who listen to Rush Limbaugh aren't looking for the truth. The y are people who say to themselves, "I'm a cynical, bigoted, and intolerant ideologue, and I need someone to tell me that's okay". And that is what Rush Limbaugh do to cater to his "Dittoheads".
If you've listen to The Young Turks for as long as I have, you'd learn 2 things:
- Cenk is not as "disappointed" with Obama as he would like for you to believe. This is all an experiment to move the "Overton Window". In other words, to "criticize" Obama hard from the left in an effort to make him look "centrist". Nothing more than a cynical ploy for the making of "good radio"
- Cenk has always had aspirations to be a political pundit, the very people he ridiculed as "useless" and "overpaid' to the political debate.
Here is Cenk earlier this year giggling like a Japanese school girl because Wolf Blitzer of CNN mentioned him in an interview with Tim Kaine:

This was shortly before he became a MSNBC pundit/personality.
Needless to say this is in response to the recent diary "Is Barack Obama Stupid". This, along with diaries for the past few months where he never stayed around to debate members here, have only one purpose.
To cater to the people currently saying "I'm a cynical liberal ideologue pissed off President Obama is not the liberal I fantasized him to be. And I need someone to tell me that's okay"
And that's what Cenk is here to do. Recruit liberal dittoheads.
