We are going to redirect coup attempts for Central America.
John Negroponte's role as National Intelligence Director is going to tighten the noose on Venezuela.
It is no coincidence Condie Rice is busy with EU appearances, she has to maintain distance whilst Negropnte builds up counterinsurgency.
He is Bush's security brief expert, but is not in the White House? Message that he will set up an independent effort to start his own infrastructure outside of government realms via contractor.

Subject: Venezuela....again!
"YESTERDAY I posted this:"
"After the Middle East gets our gift of Freedom and Democracy
in exchange for permanent bases built on the pipeline route...
I predicted Venezuela next. That one has started, with Condi
badmouthing Chavez practically in the middle of being sworn in,
and the new policy that makes "Tyrants" kinda like distant cousins
to "Terrorists" and therefore in the same family, all deserving
harsh punishment from Daddy US. Now Venezuela is also the same
dark color on the oil map, and has been friendly with China lately
in their dealings with oil and pipeline agreements.
So look for a lot more about Chavez/Tyrant/Terrorist. God knows
we've tried to oust him about 3 times and the people keep electing
him...by landslides. We even had the CIA stage a coup/ kidnapping
him via Columbia's Uribe's paramilitary. This guy is strong!
We can't seem to topple him. But with all that oil, he's ready
for each little attempt it seems.
TODAY I found this:
CIA Classifies Venezuela as Top "Potentially Unstable Country"
Wednesday, Feb 16, 2005
By: Eva Golinger - Venezuelanalysis.com
Porter Goss, the Director of the United States Central Intelligence
Agency ("CIA") named Venezuela as the leading Latin American nation
to be alarmed about in 2005. In testimony before the U.S.
Senate Select Committee on Intelligence regarding "Global
Intelligence Challenges 2005: Meeting Long-Term Challenges with a
Long-Term Strategy", Goss classified Venezuela as a "potential area
for instability" for this year.

While the U.S. Government has on numerous occasions publicly
acknowledged that President Chávez has been democratically elected
twice and won a transparent recall referendum by a landslide in
August 2004, it has also launched a well coordinated campaign to
isolate Venezuela internationally, labeling Chávez as a "negative
force to the region" and a "threat to democracy." The "technically
legal" also shows that the CIA is struggling to find a way to justify
regime change in Venezuela: "technically" Chávez's actions
are "legal", but... [fill in the blanks].
Top Secret CIA documents declassified late last year and made public
by this author evidence the CIA was involved in the April 2002 coup
against President Chávez. The U.S. Government has also given millions
in financing to over twenty anti-Chávez groups in Venezuela during
the past few years, in an apparent attempt to support Chávez's ouster.
Condoleeza Rice's declarations confirming the Bush Administration
considers President Chávez "a negative force in the region" and is a
cause of concern. Rice made the exact same statements in January
during her confirmation hearings.
Media outlets in the U.S. have been incorporating such sentiments
into editorials, opinion pieces and news stories over the past month,
evidencing a coordinated campaign between the State Department and
the media. FOX NEWSCHANNEL ran a three-part documentary at the
beginning of February entitled "The Iron Fist of Hugo Chávez" that
portrayed Chávez as a "brutal dictator" who is "threatening U.S.
interests."

The Miami Herald Makes the Case for Suspected Venezuelan Terrorists
By Martin Sanchez -
A BIT OF RELEVANT INFORMATION-
Venezuela is the world's fifth largest oil exporter, and sells around
60 percent of its output to the United States, which covers about 15
percent of U.S. oil consumption.
While Chávez raises question marks about PDVSA's oil operations in
the United States and Europe, he has been engaging in new
negotiations with China, and with several countries in South America.
PDVSA is also interested in building an oil pipeline across Panama to
connect the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, as well as a pipeline
running from the Venezuelan region along the northern border with
Colombia to that neighbouring country's Pacific coast.
The destination in mind is obvious: the fast-growing energy market in
China and other countries of Asia.
"We have reached agreements with China to begin to exploit 15 mature
oilfields in eastern Venezuela, that have more than one billion
barrels in reserves, and a large part of that oil will come to
China," said Chávez during a visit to Beijing in December.
Venezuela's Central Bank released the official growth figures for
2004 and the numbers are at an all-time high of 17.3%.

Wes Clark supporters have watched this closely. Condie the Exxon boardmember turned Sec of State has designs intent on isolating the Venezuela Market share unless persons whose fiscal interests match her take the country over.
John Negroponte has set up subversives in Central America before. Where is his next Ferdinand Marcos middle man?
Probably one of the Asian Al Qida splinter group (my opinion there) Look for a straw man/false flag to emerge that justifies this campaign as an act of Vengeance/pre-empton.
Something about free elections that do not end how Bush cabal wants, the become "leftist/islamists" whatever screed affiliation they can paint opposition with.
Carter observed their elections along with the UN.Why does Condie Rice hate verified Democracy?
