It's been so long since Democrats have given up on gun control it seems like an exercise in nostalgia to even bring it up. But this guy Jared Loughner was a known nut-case.
Is it so outrageous to say that people who are known nut-cases shouldn't have guns? Are Democrats really so flaccid that they're still scared to make this obvious point?
Wouldn't you like to hear, say, Laura Ingraham have to defend the right of the Jared Loughners of the world to have access to Glock 9 handguns?
I heard her this morning bemoaning the fact that this known nut-case is being associated with the Republican Party. So she acknowledges that this was a person known to teachers, friends and administrators as someone "dangerous."
Some time around Thanksgiving of last year this dangerous idiot walked into a Sportsman's Warehouse and bought himself a Glock 9.
Laura Ingraham doesn't want this psycho associated with her political party. But she doesn't question for one minute his right to arm himself with a semi-automatic weapon.
America. For the psychotic idiot, there's no country like it.
