More quitting from the Queen of Quit
Sarah Palin, The Quitting Quitter from Wasilla has quit CPAC. She was expected to headline the event and now will leave that field to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and the foot stomping candidate Senator Rand Paul.
Fellow Quitting Quitters are quitting because GoProud are co-sponsors of the event. It appears that the Conservative Right all feared "teh gay" in the run up to Republican Primaries.
Also quitting the event are the Family Research Council, Concerned Women for America, Liberty University, and the Heritage Foundation, Senators Jim DeMint and Marco Rubio, Representative Jim Jordan and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie.
The Queen of Quit would like you to know that from now on she may only be referred to as Sarah Palin if you pay a fee. She will inform everyone over Twitter as soon as she finds the time to quit what she is currently doing. Put simply, the Queen of Quit wants to quit the first amendment of the US constitution.
There are of course numerous alternative names available, such as, the Queen of Quit, Bble Spice, the Quitter from Wasilla and so on that are not being trade marked.
Politics Daily is reportingthat Sarah Palin is applying to trademark her name to protect her "brand".
For Sarah Palin's application, there are two classes of commercial service for which her name would be a registered trademark. One is for "information about political elections" and "providing a website featuring information about political issues." The second is for "educational and entertainment services ... providing motivational speaking services in the field of politics, culture, business and values."
The "Bristol Palin" application is for "educational and entertainment services, namely, providing motivational speaking services in the field of life choices."
Sarah Palin® does of course have one little problem, it appears that she was going to complete the paperwork in November but she quit.As TPM reports Palin did not sign the paperwork.
The Quitting Quitter was going to make a statement on why she quit, but she quit half way through the statement.
