Good morning fellow Kossacks! I do hate to disrupt your day with this selfish plea, but I'm at my wit's end.
I can't sign into my long-time account, rontun .
Now, I've assumed that there must be a glitch somewhere attributable to the changeover, and accordingly I've filed several "bug reports". Unfortunately, I've not heard back from anyone as to the status of the potential bug, or what's being done to repair it.
In essence, what is occurring is that my password is being rejected. Accordingly, I've attempted to no avail to reset the password. That has not been successful.
I've emailed Markos and Meteor Blades and posted on both of their Facebook pages asking for assistance in repairing this glitch and restoring my ability to sign in to my account. Thus far, I've heard not a peep out of either.
Quite frankly, I'm more than a bit annoyed. As a Trusted User and as a lifetime subscriber who's earned considerable MOJO, one would think that I'd be afforded at least the courtesy of a response.
In my latest message to Meteor Blades I demanded that my ability to access my account be restored within 24 hours, and if that cannot be accomplished, I want back my subscription payment.
I'm asking for your assistance by reccing up this diary to ensure that the appropriate person responsible for fixing glitches be made aware of the problem.
Oh, and as soon as my old account has been restored I shall delete this new account which was created solely for the purpose of trying to gain restoration of my original account.

Just received a new password from CT. It works and I can sign into my old account! wOOt!
