The Republicans are afraid of me.
I registered to vote during my senior year of high school.
I cast my first vote when I was 17 in the June 2009 Virginia Democratic Primary.
I voted when I was 18 in the November 2009 VA General Election.
We moved to North Carolina in 2010, and I was able to register as a Democrat.
I voted when I was 19 in the November 2010 Midterms.
I'm going to vote when I'm 20 in the 2012 Primaries.
I'm going to vote when I'm 21 in the 2012 Elections.
I'm going to keep voting. Again, and again, and again, and again.
And I know with every stroke of my pen, every press of my finger, every pull of the lever, every twist of the knob, and every little tick mark I make, it eats away at every GOP soul to know that I'm voting.
They can try all they want, but they can't take that away from me. They'll use every trick in the book, every loophole they can find, every little dirty nasty thing they can come up with, but it won't work.
I'm going to keep voting.
They're afraid of me. They're afraid of my vote. And they're afraid that there are millions more like me.
As well they should be. :)
