Imagine if, every week, you had the chance to pose one question on any topic to the entire country. Pretty cool, right?
Well, in addition to the favorable rating trendlines we test on a weekly basis in the Daily Kos / SEIU State of the Nation poll, we also ask the country one question on any topic we consider timely. For example, last week we asked Republicans if they thought President Obama should be impeached, and discovered that half of them did. The week before, we asked all Americans who they wanted to win the Republican nomination in 2012, and found out that Independents and Democrats dislike Newt Gringrich more than any other Republican contender. Back in late January, we even asked people who they wanted to win the Super Bowl.
Now, you have a chance to ask one of these questions. Text POLL and your suggested question 787753, and we will consider using it in this week's survey. Or, simply sign up here and suggest your poll question in the right-hand side of the form.
By texting POLL to 787753 or by signing up, you will also receive Daily Kos / SEIU State of the Nation poll results before they are published every Tuesday.
So send us a text with your suggested question, or sign up here, and let's get started. We don't have to decide on the topical question until Wednesday afternoon of every week, which means there is plenty of time left to suggest a question for this week.
