There is no end to Scott Walker and his cadre of (now criminal?) would-be kings' need to spit in the face of the separation of powers, if not democracy itself.
Lord how I wish Al Gore would have simply decided to simply take the oath of office in 2000 when the Florida "court" ruled for Bush. Said with apologies to EJ Donne.

Huebsch: Collective bargaining changes are now law
DOA Secretary Mike Huebsch says his legal counsel and the Department of Justice continue to believe Gov. Scott Walker's collective bargaining changes are now law.
But he said late this afternoon that so many questions remain over a Dane County judge’s temporary restraining order that the situation is unclear.
Huebsch said Judge Maryann Sumi made clear yesterday she intends to prevent further implementation of the act, but said the temporary restraining order fails to to be specific enough.
“In fact, Judge Sumi declined a request to declare that Act 10 was not lawfully published,” Huebsch said in a statement. “It is unclear how she can issue an order binding non-parties to a case who have not had their day in court.”
Huebsch adds DOA will continue to monitor court proceedings and will work with legal counsel and DOJ to determine an appropriate course of action.
The statement didn't address whether DOA would continue with the changes it’s made to the payroll system for state employees to begin withholding more for their health care and pensions while no longer collecting union dues.
More after the jump with analysis.
The thing is this: I have never seen in my life a group of ne'er do wells so intent on betting it ALL on one action. As Sumi says they COULD easily go back to the start of the process and do it right.
You know what this reminds Mr Fantastic and the Invisible Woman of, dear reader?
Remember the stoopid games you'd play as a kid? We had one called "Reversal of Fortune" where there were a serious of physical tasks (jump the fence, swing from a branch over a puddle, etc.) that had to be done in order. If you failed by say, tripping over the fence, or skipped a task, you had to go back to the beginning and start over.
It really sucked to start over!
But in the name of fair play you would HAVE TO.
Now ...you all know this is true (would Mr Fantastic lie to you, constant reader?)... there was ALWAYS one kid who always would fuck it up, but when caught do the thing that caused every other kids who played fair hate him (or her). We called it the "DENY-CRY-TRY".
In the deny-cry-try, the first thing the petulant brat would do when sheepishly caught was to deny they broke the rules AT ALL. Then they would cry about the rules being unfair. Finally they would try to justify why they they were forced to break the (stupid) rule so that in the end they still won the game.
Remind you of anyone, dear reader?
Mr. Fantastic and the Invisible Woman are PISSED.
But why are they going to such lengths to appear so childish, so shallow, and seemingly so willing to cast discord throughout the state like your old Auntie Gert throwing rice at a wedding, even though EVERYBODY knows it's bad for the birds?
Let's examine Walker's situation:
1) Public turning on him. The man is about as popular as Justin Beiber at a Slayer concert.
2) Walker's Supreme Court Candidate is about to lose because of his own tepid support statewide
3) Cracks forming among GOP against him (Darling is said to want to buck Wlaker on Senior Care)
Here's the truth folks:
WALKER DOESN'T HAVE THE VOTES ANYMORE, NOR THE BELLY FOR ANOTHER FIGHT WITH BADGER NATION.
Rock on!
