This will be short cause it's getting late. Caught this on Facebook. Bernie Sanders on the floor of the Senate talking about the budget and the Republicans plans to balance it on the backs for the middle class, seniors, the poor, children and the disabled.

America's Senator, Bernie Sanders was on fire again in the Senate. Please watch. In 12 minutes he describes what the Republican plan would do to our Country. Will the Democrats listen? Will America listen? Is the President listening? Please send this on to your friends and relatives. Perhaps they are busy and are not up on the news. Tell them this will the most important 12 minutes they will spend over the next couple of years.
An Extraordinary Unfair Budget
Love me some Bernie. The only thing he left out is that the budget WAS balanced not all that long ago under Clinton. And yes the Rs of the time had something to do with getting us there. Where have we come in the past 10 years.
I've watched the NewsHour for many years now. But I'm getting tired of Gwen Ifill and her schtick. At least Congressman Van Hollen stood his ground to the continued condescending questions that came from Ifill tonight. There is no fair and balanced when it comes to what the Rs are trying to do. They make no bones about it. It is clear as can be. What would it take for the NewsHour to put Bernie on the air. What would it take for them to show the charts, the graphs the data indicating the wealth imbalance in this country. Will they talk about increase in CEO pay as Meteor Blades does so well?
Meteor Blades
And what really pissed me off tonight is that the NewsHour didn't cover the Wisconsin Supreme Court Case at all this evening. Not one bit.
No doubt the Rs plans would benefit a small percentage of the population. I assume the health insurance execs are salivating over Ryan's plan to end Medicare as we know it. But for many the future is looking bleak.
If Senator Bernie Sanders is a Socialist, Ich Bin Ein Socialist.
